Overview

From a complex goal to a workable plan

Telehealth projects touch care delivery, operations, technology, vendors, and user experience. We help clients organize those moving parts into a plan that teams can evaluate and implement.

Support can begin at the concept stage or focus on a specific workflow, market need, platform decision, software build, rollout, or integration challenge. Contract platform development is currently available for work focused on the United States, Canada, Brazil, China, and India, with other markets evaluated case by case.

Biotica engineers also operate the NoTimeRx non-clinical healthcare MSO platform. That documented work includes maintaining telehealth workflows, coordinating third-party integrations, supporting testing and operations, and keeping patient, licensed-provider, e-prescribing, and pharmacy handoffs connected without crossing into clinical decision-making.

What we can help with

Support shaped around the project

Focused capabilities for telehealth & platform development, brought together around the outcomes and decisions your team needs to move forward.

01

Service model definition

Clarify the populations, use cases, care settings, and operating goals the telehealth service is intended to support.

02

Patient and provider workflows

Map scheduling, intake, visits, documentation, handoffs, escalation paths, and follow-up activities.

03

Product and technology requirements

Translate market evidence and workflows into practical product, platform, device, connectivity, privacy, security, and support requirements.

04

Platform design and development

Provide contract product and software engineering support across architecture, application development, APIs, testing, documentation, and launch readiness.

05

Vendor evaluation support

Organize requirements, questions, comparisons, demonstrations, and stakeholder feedback during platform selection.

06

EMR and EHR integration planning

Identify where telehealth workflows need to exchange information with existing clinical and administrative systems.

07

Implementation coordination

Support decision tracking, testing plans, readiness activities, training inputs, and phased rollout planning.

Operational platform experience

A live MSO workflow connects strategy to day-to-day execution

NoTimeRx and DoseSpot show how Biotica's telehealth work can extend from platform design into engineering, integration, testing, documentation, and ongoing non-clinical operations.

NoTimeRx

Biotica project records state that members of Biotica Consulting LLC helped finance NoTimeRx through grant support and that Biotica engineers operate its non-clinical telehealth platform. The workflow coordinates patients, independent licensed providers, e-prescribing technology, and participating compounding pharmacies.

DoseSpot

DoseSpot supplies the certified e-prescribing technology used by authorized prescribers in the documented NoTimeRx implementation. Supported prescription routing in that configuration uses the Surescripts network.

Contract platform development

Biotica Consulting can provide contract software engineering support for telehealth, e-prescribing, and other connected-health platforms. Engagements can combine market research, product definition, architecture, application development, API and EMR/EHR integration, testing, documentation, and launch planning. Our current market focus includes the United States, Canada, Brazil, China, and India. We are also open to evaluating opportunities in other markets.

All work is scoped on a contract basis. Availability and implementation options vary by market, product, vendor access, data rights, security and privacy requirements, client environment, testing, and applicable approvals. Market research and technical support do not replace legal, regulatory, clinical, security, or compliance advice.
How we work

A structured, flexible process

A clear working rhythm keeps decisions, dependencies, responsibilities, and next steps visible throughout the engagement.

02

Map

Document current and future workflows, handoffs, data needs, and operational dependencies.

03

Specify

Define platform, vendor, integration, implementation, and support requirements.

04

Coordinate

Help teams move through evaluation, build, testing, readiness, and rollout activities.
